Customer Service.

So I've tried and the past week or two to write a new blog post but things just wasn't coming together correctly. So I decided to wait it off and allowed myself to really wait for the Lord to speak to me. And oh is he speaking to me alright! He is knocking on the door with a pizza in his hand. He is the best waiter ready to server me the best meal ever. He is mighty God.

Earlier today, I pulled out my phone and begin typing a paragraph on my Facebook, I realized what has been happening is more than a Facebook status. Bringing me to today's blog post: At work a lady was waiting for her son, so like any person with good customer service skills, I started talking to her. This is probably the first time we talked because her son is new to the program.
The first thing she said to me was "I hope you don't think I have hickeys on my neck, it's just so hot outside I had to wear a tank top." I quickly replied saying "girl do your thing, I don't care!" She said back "Actually I have throat cancer and sometimes I get these spots on my neck and chest."

Customer service is getting to know people and making them feel good.  A parent felt the need to tell me this. Why? Although I didn't ask the lady that question. I did hug her and pray with her. The last thing she said to me was "don't cry and thank you." Don't cry and Thank you. At the beginning of this, I felt like I was serving her, but in reality she was serving me. We hugged and prayed together and continued with our days.

Isn't that beautiful.

You ever felt like you had those week, that will not end. Yes I am experiencing that kind of week, but the beauty about it is the love that he pours out to me through it all. The glory of God. His power to join hearts is beautiful.

Psalm 26:3 |  "For your steadfast love is before my eyes, and I walk in your faithfulness."

Wow Jesus! Thanking you for taking time in my heart for me to form the words to tell such an amazing story told by a brave woman. His love is bestowed on us as a great gift. He does wonders. God's glory, love, and power will always amaze me.
