Thank God.
So today started just like any other, except of the runny nose and the struggle to sleep in a comfy position because I am sick. However, the day was pretty much the same. Mom leaves by the time I am awake. I make breakfast, dad says "hi baby", baby brother runs around like he's crazy. Pretty normal morning.
Well the impossible happens, snow. Now I don't just mean little flakes, this snow is coming down in sheets. In a matter of 30 minutes about an inch and a half of snow is already coming down. That's exciting because I didn't have to work all sick and stuff, but then I realized my mom is out there.
I get a text from my mom around 1, saying she is leaving at two, her job is closing early. I text back and say "be careful." Next thing I know my dad says, "mommy is in a ditch." Now I freak; is she okay, did she hit her head, or did another car hit her? All of these crazy thoughts, but about another 30 minutes later I find out someone is driving my mom home and she's okay. Thank God.
Thank God.
So today I just want to say Thank God, thank him everything, even for the small things. He deserves all the glory. He deserves all the praise.
P.S. I did get to take my Yorkie out in the snow and play for a bit.

Exodus 15:2 |
"The Lord is my strength and my song;
he has given me victory.
This is my God, and I will praise him—"
